Dear Tracy:
I hope you are now well on the way to recovery from your illness.
Last Thursday and Friday the AIRAPT Planning Committee met at Boulder, Colo, and put together the schedule and program (to a first approximation) for the July Conference. I have scheduled the paper on SmB2 and GdB-^ by the Cannons and you in Session E-V. So it is in the program.
Two deadlines have been set: First, the exact title and an approximately 50-word abstract for the program must be in before 31 March. Second, a manuscript of the paper as you would like it to appear in the Proceedings must be in by the first of July. Perhaps John Cannon could see to that.
One other thing. At the AIRAPT we are to have two co-chairmen for each session. Would you be willing to co-chair Session E-V with Naoto Kawai of Japan? In addition to running the session the co-chairmen have the responsibility of refereeing, and perhaps editing the manuscripts of the session for the Proceedings.
We hope that you will be able to come to the March APS meeting in San Diego. We look forward to seeing you there.
